I know I don’t talk that much about my siblings, but I think starting this year I will more. I love each of my siblings and I’m the youngest of three girls. There’s Trina, Kara, me the after me, is the youngest and the only boy, Paolo.

Today I met up with my sister Kara, the second of the 3 girls in Shang for some lunch, shopping and lots and lots of laughs. I’ve been close to Kara since I was a kid. Being closer in age as compared to Trina (6 years apart, okay I know it isn’t THAT close but it seemed closer than the 7 year age difference with Trina) and we would do everything together. We would shop, hang out and do the silliest things that sisters do. I loved it about her.

When she decided to move out I felt bad but I knew also that it was something that she felt she had to do. We grew apart for a little bit but I’m happy to say we’re getting closer now again. It was also good because I got to get closer with my eldest sister Trina, which is something I thank God for. I now am close to both of my older sisters and I love them both so much. The great thing about Kara is she’s changed so much since before and I’m glad to say it’s been for the better. The best part, however, is that she has remained her kalog and GOOFY self. She’s still the funniest and stupidest (and I say that with a lot of love) sister that she always was.

I love her so much and I’m so happy I got to spend time with her. It was sad though because my other sister Trina couldn’t join us since she’s in China now for a trip with her friends and our Mom was feeling sick so she decided not to go as well. Kara and I were able to gossip and update each other on our lives and we even bought the same dress in Zara (stay tuned for a picture of us in the same dress) and it was fun. I needed today and this Saturday afternoon to be with my sister.
